During this course you will be introduced to office life and how to complete a range of business administration tasks, from supporting meetings to word processing, handing mail, office visitors and professional behaviour.

As well as practical office skills, you will develop important transferable skills which will help you in employment or further education. You can also study part-time alongside other courses and achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

“I had an excellent support tutor who was always on call whenever I needed him, if there was anything I was unsure about I just dropped him a message. We also had a presentation each week where we would go through each unit…with the support of the tutor it’s just been brilliant.” Amy Wells, Level 2 Business Administration, Walsall.
